FORGINGS
Velonix supplies horizontal upsetter forgings, impression die forgings, and rolling forgings
BRAKES
Velonix uses automotive technology and concepts in the trailer industry which has made its brakes stronger, lighter and of higher performance then the competition.
CASTINGS
Velonix works with grey and ductile Iron. We primarily cast SAE G3000 and a variety of ductile irons such as 60-45-12.
BEARINGS
Velonix supplies bearings to the North American Markets. Our factories manufacture a full line of industry standard tapered roller, spherical roller and deep groove ball bearings.
SPRINGS
Velonix works with factories that manufacture multiple and single leaf trailer springs with a variety of spring end configurations

We are a global company headquartered in Nassau, Bahamas, with warehouse locations throughout North America and sourcing centers located in Beijing and Shanghai, China.

Our engineers and quality assurance technicians lead a dedicated and exceptionally competent quality team that assures we meet our customers material supply demand with the highest quality products. Our objective is to monitor our quality systems and produce end products which meet our expectations and conform to industry standards.
Velonix focuses on defect prevention rather than final inspection. Our partnering factories are ISO certified and each product is manufactured following a quality control plan and accompanied by inspection reports. Our goal is to continue to increase our Cp and Cpk indices through the efforts of our technical teams.
